Privacy Policy – Time Management for Creative Professionals
Official Page
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal data required to deliver our services: name, email, billing information, and communication history. For consulting engagements, we may store agreed-upon project notes and time-use data you voluntarily share. We do not collect sensitive creative work samples unless explicitly needed for a workflow audit.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To fulfill service contracts (coaching sessions, audits, tool setup).
- To send relevant productivity resources (you may opt out anytime).
- To improve our offerings via aggregated analytics – never individual data.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We host on SOC 2 compliant servers (AWS). Access is restricted to essential personnel via multi-factor authentication. We retain client data for three years post-engagement, after which it is securely erased.
4. Your Rights & Compliance
Under GDPR and CCPA, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Responding to such requests is free and we comply within 30 days. For California residents, we do not sell personal information. For EU residents, our lawful basis for processing is contractual necessity or legitimate interest (client communications).
5. Third-Party Sharing
We never share your data with third parties for their marketing. Limited sharing occurs with subprocessors (e.g., Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling) who adhere to equivalent privacy standards. A full list of subprocessors is available upon request.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for session management and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, anonymized). No tracking for ad personalization occurs. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may degrade.
7. Changes to This Policy
We will notify existing clients via email of material changes. The latest revision date is always at the top of this page.
